Gary Ward is the founding member and Director of a centralized Resource Management Office at Guidewire Software, Inc. leading a global team of RMs who support the Professional Services Business across AMER, EMEA & APAC. With over 20 years of experience across multiple domains in business operations, process efficiency, engagement lifecycle support, continuity planning & resource management, Gary is a regular content contributor and speaker on the theme of workforce and resource management. He holds an MSc in Clinical Psychotherapy from University College Dublin, a Master's in Psychoanalytic Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin & a post-master Specific Modality Training from TSOP at St. Vincent`s University Hospital. He is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) and an advisory board member of the Resource Management Institute (RMI).

Cindy Tan

Cindy Tan is a product innovation, operational leadership, and customer experience advocate. As General Manager of IT Planning for TPG, the business looks to Cindy to push the envelope of technological improvements that will keep TPG competitive and at the forefront of digital service delivery. Heading up a large team with diverse technical skills, it’s up to Cindy to tell the business when crucial internal development projects can go ahead, and to make sure that TPG’s pool of gifted engineers, PMs, analysts, and developers are able to shine and use their time most effectively. There’s about 600 people in Cindy’s team. And at any given time, they run about 30 to 40 projects.

Tim Copeland

Tim is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding two companies, including one successful exit. He played a pivotal role in the growth of SilverStripe, a CMS platform, where he led the Sales team and achieved an impressive milestone of scaling annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $0 to $10 million. With extensive expertise in the problem space, Tim possesses a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. Notably, he holds the distinction of being the youngest MBA graduate at Vic Uni, Wellington, further highlighting his drive for continuous learning and achievement.
