Diana Minnée

Diana Minnée is a seasoned technology Operations executive and the Co-Founder and CEO of Astronort, an innovative AI-powered strategy and decision support company. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles, Diana has built a reputation for being a strategy-focused and execution-driven leader in the New Zealand tech industry. As the CEO of Astronort, Diana is passionate about leveraging generative AI to optimize business performance. Her vision for their application, Ask Astro, stems from her experience as a fractional COO, where she recognized the need for a more broadly available solution to help companies, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, avoid common pitfalls and make informed decisions earlier in their growth journey.

Sam Minnée

Sam Minnée is a technology leader and entrepreneur with a track record in the software industry. He co-founded Silverstripe and currently serves as CTO for two companies: Frankie, a property maintenance software firm, and Astronort, an AI decision intelligence tool. At Astronort, he focuses on integrating AI technology with practical business applications to enhance strategic decision-making processes. In addition to his primary roles, Sam actively supports the startup ecosystem. He has mentored startups through Creative HQ's accelerator programs and elsewhere. His experience in technology leadership and team building contributes to the development of emerging tech businesses.

Nora Fleischhut

Nora Fleischhut is an experienced transformation consultant, passionate speaker, and future of work enthusiast. After working in consulting at one of the Big Four for seven years, she’s now partnering with Runn on a mission to unleash the potential of organizations and people by creating more adaptable, human, and joyful ways of working and enabling a change of perspective.
